Alex Raphael - CEO, Owner

Scott Schulte - General Manager
Scott is the first friendly face you will meet at our front counter. Scott is not only a seasoned service writer but an ASE certified Master technician for Porsche and BMW as well. Scott has been in the automotive industry for well over 30 years and was born and raised in the beautiful state of Hawaii and is now a permanent resident of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Alexis Walker - Service Advisor
Alexis is another smiling face you will meet at our counter. Alexis began her career in the automotive industry in 2018 as a parts specialist. Alexis has recently joined the ranks of service writer at our front counter. We are lucky to have her and welcome her enthusiasm and dedication to complete customer satisfaction.
Tim Duenas - Senior Service Technician
Tim is a Master level technician who has well over 16 years of experience across multiple luxury vehicle manufacturers. And, its fair to say, occupies the spot of one of our longest term team members with over 9 years of dedicated employment. His hobbies include building and riding motorcycles, and playing guitar.
Blake Morris - Service Technician
Blake is the newest member of the team here at MAXRPM Motorsports. He shows an exceptionally high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the industry, and we are very fortunate to have him join the team.
